My greatest desire is to guide you to the light of your own spirit and to show you how to live authentically from that place within your human body.
I’m breathwork healer Beth Hardin and I believe we are all healers! My passion and purpose is to teach you how to use the power of your own breath to help heal YOUR mental, spiritual and emotional wounds.
The tools are all inside of you and I can teach you how to use them. I’ve been working in the healing arts for almost three decades as a Spiritual Minister, Certified Breathwork Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Coach, Yoga Instructor, mother and healer of animals. I also share Native American Channels From Spirit during my sessions.
